Hope of the Hopeless is committed to provide basic education to underprivileged children in the rural villages of Pudukottai and Trichy district. Educational centers in each required area of backward rural areas so that children of poor families can also get their basic education free of cost.
EDUCATION
Hope of the Hopeless is providing non residential care to underprivileged children by establishing tuition centers in 20 rural villages. The tuition center is to facilitate them to study and to provide academic support in terms of career guidance and other aspects. Our volunteers visit various rural areas and meet poor families to make them aware of the power of education. They described to them how an education of their children can change their life. Education forms part of many areas of our work. Hope of the Hopeless helps the children to study in the nearby schools and colleges. Evening tuition classes are arranged to help the children to excel in their academic performance.

Skill Development
There is a growing need to help the children to acquire skills, which will make them self-supportive, and they will be able to face the challenges of like with confidence, courage, and capacity. The activities like computer training, typewriting, short hand works, tailoring and embroidery help the children to enrich themselves knowledge. They utilize their leisure time with definite meaning. Leadership training programmes are organized for once in three months. Similarly the self- employment training programmes like soap making, toy making, candle making and cover making will be initiated to help the children.
